Minot, ND Photographer: Nelly Hernandez Photography 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

Every new year I make a list either mentally or on paper of the Resolutions I want to try and fulfill each new Year. Usually it is to be a better person for all those around me. I look back and see what I have accomplished throughout the year and look forward to the all the new stuff for the coming year. I also remember how every day is like a New Year because it is like starting all over again. New day, new year, new opportunities! Today I look back not just at this year, but I look back at my last couple of years. Back in 2009 I started my photography journey, not as a business right away as I had no idea what the buttons on my camera were when I first got it 2009. It's been an amazing journey from when I first started taking pictures of just my kids, husband, friends and neighbors to meeting some amazing clients who became lifelong friends. I love what I do because I get to meet with such unique and just inspiring people. I am truly blessed. I have so much to look forward in 2012 with so many aspects of my life. I hope to be able to have the honor of capturing your memories this year. For today's giveaway, comment what amazing thing you look forward to for the year 2012 and why you think it would be wonderful to have a part of that amazing thing captured by yours truly: Nelly Hernandez. :)Again, winners are chosen by random.org, but I love reading all of your comments. Today's prize will be a CD with the web formatted images. That is $100 value. Keep enjoying your holidays everyone!!!

The amazing thing that I look forward to in 2012 is being reunited with my husband and my daughters reuniting with their father! This deployment seems especially more difficult because my girls are older and saying they miss him on a daily basis. Having a beautiful family portrait or even a daddy with daughters picture taken by Nelly would definitely be cherished for years to come!

So I look forward to my sweet little boy turning 1 in 2012.I do not like the idea that the year has flown by but what better way to symbolize his first year then with pictures.I never had the opportunity to have them done with my first but that's ok bc I've already had 2 sessions with the fabulous Nelly Hernandez and the pictures are absolutely my favorite memories of special times, the birth of our second son with our first family picture and then again when he was 6 months old with some more family pictures.she even got my oldest (who's 2) to smile.I love all the pictures so much that I printed them all.I couldn't choose which ones I liked best bc I LOVED them all.I literally tear up every time I look at them. Thank You Nelly for the wonderful memories you have made for me to have for the rest of my life. I look forward to all our future sessions :)

I am looking forward to my precious daughter's first birthday in 2012! She will get to spend it with the family i grew up with, with her grandparents that we don't get to see much because of the distance. Celebrating one of my biggest blessing's first birthday with those closest to me, couldn't be more perfect. To have this time captured would be perfect to reflect back on. Being military, it's not always possible to have everyone together for special occasions, so to have her first birthday with everyone captured for all time, after a year full of sooooo many milestones, would be something that would hold meaning for the rest of my life!

I have a beautiful baby girl that needs capturing! With how fast they grow up, I need some more pictures to freeze her in time ;) I wish they would not grow up so fast!

The amazing thing I'm looking forward to is Isaiah's first birthday. Now, to many that may not be all that amazing but as you know at first it wasn't sure if he would live to see his first birthday. Why would I want you to capture it? That's simple! One, you are a truly amazing photographer, two you have been a part of his life from the start, capturing his sweet personality in his newborn pictures and we want to you to continue to be a part of his life <3
